Guarantee Term Clause Samples

Guarantee Term. It shall be two years from the expiration date of the performance of the contractual obligations and matters under the “Formal Equity Interest Transfer Contract of Jingning Yingchuan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.”

Guarantee Term. The Term of this Guarantee Period shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month following the date of Final Project Acceptance of the Work installed pursuant to this Agreement and shall terminate at the end of the Guarantee Period unless terminated earlier as provided for herein. The Term of this Guarantee Period is defined in Section 1 of Attachment G.

Guarantee Term. The term of the guarantee begins on the effective date of the guarantee and ends on the maturity date of each loan or other facilities or creditor’s right for receivables of the Bank or two years after the date when each advance is made. The term of guarantee for renewal of each facility lasts for 2 years after expiry of the renewed period.

Guarantee Term. 17. The Guarantee shall be in effect until the Issuer’s obligations under the Bonds are fully performed. 18. The Guarantee shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following events: 1) full repayment of the principal amount and the entire coupon interest on the Bonds secured by the Guarantee; 2) expiration of the Guarantee term specified herein; 3) on the grounds stipulated by this Agreement.

Guarantee Term. The Term of this Guarantee shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month following the effective date of execution of the Final Delivery and Acceptance Certificate (Attachment E-2) upon Final Acceptance of this Project by the CITY and shall terminate at the end of [FULL FINANCING TERM] years unless terminated earlier by CITY as provided for herein.

Guarantee Term. The guarantee term herein is two years from the expiration date of the term of occurrence as specified in Article 2 of this Contract. Within the guarantee term, the Creditor may require the Guarantor to perform the guarantee liabilities in whole or in part, for multiple or a single sum, collectively or respectively.

Guarantee Term. Art. 7. /1/ The guarantee term of the construction and repair works is ................... /...................... / years from the date of acceptance and handover of the entire completed work. /2/ Any defects manifested during the guarantee term shall be remedied by the CONTRACTOR at his expense. /3/ For defects occurring during the guarantee term, the ASSIGNOR shall notify the CONTRACTOR in writing within 7 days of their establishment. Within 3 (three) working days after the written notification, the CONTRACTOR, in agreement with the ASSIGNOR, shall commence work to remedy the defects within the minimum technologically necessary time at his own expense.
