Common use of GUARD SERVICE Clause in Contracts

GUARD SERVICE. BURNET will provide guard services as requested or required by the circumstances or the law for inmates admitted or committed to an off-site medical facility at the rate of $40 per hour/per guard (minimum 2 guards per transport).
