GUIDELINES AND POLICIES. 4.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the employment provisions in this Agreement are supported by ABS guidelines, policies and procedures. Any guidelines, policies or procedures referred to in this Agreement are not incorporated into, and do not form part of, this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the guidelines, policies and procedures and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will prevail. 4.2 The ABS and its employees agree that guidelines supporting the operation of this Agreement will be available to all employees. Changes to guidelines supporting the operation of this Agreement will only be made following a reasonable period of consultation. Any final decision on guidelines will be determined by the Australian Statistician.
