Guidelines and Restrictions Clause Samples

The "Guidelines and Restrictions" clause sets out specific rules and limitations that govern the conduct, actions, or use of certain resources under an agreement. It typically details what is permitted and what is prohibited, such as acceptable use of services, compliance with laws, or restrictions on sharing confidential information. By clearly outlining these boundaries, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures compliance, and reduces the risk of disputes by making expectations explicit.
