Handheld Devices. During the Initial Fixed Network ---------------- Deployment Phase, Cellnet shall provide Laclede two (2) handheld units for reading and programming MIUs and train Laclede personnel on the proper use of these units.

Complying students and employees will bring 4G-enabled devices to a browser, deactivate pop-up blockers, and auto join options, to authenticate and use the District’s filtered Wi-Fi connection. Violators may have their devices confiscated, their BYOT participation restricted or revoked, and may be subjected to other disciplinary or legal actions.
Handheld Devices. It may be necessary from time to time to access a handheld device (cell phone, PDA, portable speakers, sound bars, etc.) for the purpose of classroom directed use. Students are not to access a handheld device at any time without permission from the instructor. Students will not photograph or record (audio or video) any other person without their consent. Students will not engage in text messaging other than as directed by the instructor for the purposes of classroom activities. Any and all text messages sent or received while on school grounds, attending a school function, or using school equipment or network may be monitored. Handheld electronic devices are prohibited from restrooms and locker rooms. Students found in violation of these policies will face disciplinary action.
Handheld Devices. 3.3.1 With regard to Clause 4.3 of this Licence where images on the service(s) named in Schedule A1 of this Appendix may be viewed via handheld devices the User shall place the following statements on entry to the service(s) named in Schedule A1 of this Appendix with a hyperlink to the Information Page required under Clause 4.3 of this Licence which shall provide the information required in Appendix B and Schedule B1 to Appendix B: 3.3.1.1 “The images are Crown Copyright.   • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the customer’s premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises.
