Common use of Handling of Data Clause in Contracts

Handling of Data. 1. The Lessee expressly agrees that the Lessor will record and store the data included in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s personal documents until the last day of the sixth month following the termination of the legal relationship, subject to the provisions of the data protection law. 2. The Lessor undertakes to use the data, stored about the Lessee, exclusively for their contractual cooperation and for its own commercial interest. The Lessor shall not reveal the Lessee’s personal data to any third party with the exceptions set forth in the Contract. 3. If the Lessee fails to return the Rental Car in case of the expiry, rescission, or any other kind of termination of the Contract, the Lessor shall be entiled to reveal the Lessee’s personal data to third parties and authorities. 4.
