Hardware and Third-Party Software Warranties Sample Clauses

The Hardware and Third-Party Software Warranties clause defines the warranties provided for hardware and software products supplied by parties other than the main contracting parties. Typically, this clause clarifies that the provider does not offer additional warranties beyond those given by the original manufacturers or third-party vendors, and may outline the process for making warranty claims or obtaining support. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for defects or malfunctions in third-party products, ensuring that the customer understands the limits of the provider’s obligations and reducing the provider’s liability for issues outside their control.
