Hardware Requirements. Neither Buyer nor a User shall install the Software on computer equipment that does not meet the minimum hardware requirements set forth in the System Specifications guide provided to Buyer (and available upon request) or any updated version of the System Specifications guide provided to Buyer in conjunction with the release of any new version of the Software or such additional hardware requirements provided to Buyer on the basis of the Licensed Use, the terminologies and content to be used therewith, or such other matters as may reasonably have an impact upon the hardware requirements (collectively, the “Hardware Requirements”). Buyer and/or each User, as applicable, shall be solely responsible for implementing and maintaining computer hardware meeting the Hardware Requirements and any computer hardware, equipment, or software required to access and use the Software, including interoperability, availability, compatibility, and compliance with applicable laws. Buyer is responsible for all system administration tasks including monitoring capacity and performance and managing user credentials. Buyer shall provide to Clinical Architecture accurate and complete information about Buyer’s computer system infrastructure and environment and transaction and user volumes. Buyer acknowledges that the Software can identify for Clinical Architecture certain information regarding Buyer’s infrastructure and environment (e.g., OS version; SQL version, etc.). Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Software and, in the event of any such unauthorized access or use, promptly notify Clinical Architecture.
Hardware Requirements. For Website and eBanking Services, you must have a computer with access to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP). You need an operating system (Microsoft® Windows 7 or higher, or Mac Operating System X 10.10 or higher) and a browser (Google® Chrome, Mozilla® Firefox, Apple® Safari 9 or higher, or Microsoft® Edge). To use My Deposit Services, you must also have scanning equipment and software. To use Remote Deposit Capture Services, you must also have a supported mobile device with a camera. You also must provide, at your own expense, all necessary computer equipment and software, and Internet access (Wi-Fi) or cellular connectivity (cell data) required to use the Services. Data rates may apply, contact your carrier for details. If there is a change in the hardware/software requirements associated with a Service, we will notify you and provide an explanation of the updated hardware/software requirements. It is your responsibility to assure your personal computer, mobile device, and related equipment is compatible with and capable of operating in a manner that allows you to utilize the Services. If you cannot meet the requirements for any reason, you have the right to withdraw your consent at that time at no cost to you. Withdrawing your consent will terminate your participation in the Service.
Hardware Requirements. You acknowledge that you are responsible for selecting and providing a computer or mobile device with the necessary Internet capabilities (the “Hardware”) in order to access the Services. You are and will remain solely responsible for the purchase, hookup, installation, loading, operation and maintenance of the Hardware, Software, and the Internet access service to your Hardware, and for all related costs. You are solely responsible for virus protection and maintenance of your Hardware. The Financial Institution may add to, modify, or replace software programs used in conjunction with providing the Services under this Agreement or any applicable Service Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice. From time to time the Financial Institution may deem it necessary to hold training or retraining classes for you. For Business Online Banking, you agree that you will require appropriate personnel to participate in such training. You may be charged data or messaging fees by your mobile devices provider. Not all Online Services may be available on all types of Hardware.

In the case the Software is installed and operated on non-certified or only limited-certified hardware or a non-certified IT environment is used operational malfunctions may occur. For these reasons Customer shall use the Software only on hardware and in IT-environments certified by Exasol or shall request an individual certification at Customer’s expense before installation and use. If Customer operates the Software on non-certified hardware or in a non-certified IT- environment (in particular public clouds or virtualizations), Exasol disclaims any warranty for any defects or Errors or any Professional Services.
