Hazard Identification. The Employer shall identify in writing in all appropriate languages, new or presently used chemicals, substances or equipment present in the work area including hazards or suspected hazards, precautions and antidotes or procedures to be followed following exposure. Informationand Concerning Health Hazards and Work (a) The Committee shall conduct such investigations as may be necessary to determine the circumstances surrounding work injuries and health hazards arising. Such investigations shall be conducted in the presence of Committee members. Reports of these investigations shall be submitted to the Committee as well as to the Union Representative and the Employer, who may request further information from the who conducted the investigation. If the Employer receives a copy of the report of injury it shall be passed on to the Union.
