Hearing Levels. Step One (Informal Level) When a Grievant believes an incident has occurred which would come within the definition of a Grievance, within ten (10) days of such event, the Grievant shall request a meeting with the immediate supervisor in an effort to resolve the Grievance. If the Grievant is not satisfied with the result of the meeting they shall have the right to proceed to Step 2.
