HEIGHT PAY. 33.01 Height pay shall be payable at a premium of 35¢ per hour for employees working on swing stage only at heights of over 50’. 33.02 Employees with up to date Rope Access Training shall receive a premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour when engaged in Rope Access work.
