Homeless Management Information System. Subrecipient must enter all appropriate and necessary data into Homeless Management Information System (“HMIS”) at the time of client intake, if applicable, or at such other times required, or require subcontractors providing the Services for which funding has been provided under this Agreement to enter. Exceptions are only allowed with prior written approval provided from State via COIC.
