Hour Increments Clause Samples

The "hour increments" clause defines how work time is measured and billed in set hourly units. Typically, this means that any work performed is rounded up to the nearest specified increment, such as 15 minutes or one hour, for the purposes of invoicing or time tracking. For example, if a service provider works for 1 hour and 10 minutes and the increment is one hour, they may bill for two full hours. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in billing practices, preventing disputes over partial hours and simplifying administrative processes.
