HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK. 5.1 The Executive shall be required to work such hours as are necessary for the proper performance of his duties. 5.2 The Executive agrees that in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer he may choose or determine the duration of his working time and that the working time limits set out in Part II of the Regulations do not apply to the Employment. 5.3 The Executive’s principal place of work will be in the Company’s offices at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Abingdon, or any such place within 20 miles of Oxford as the Company shall from time to time direct. HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK. The Executive's normal working hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, together with such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of his duties.
HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK. 4.1 The Executive will work the hours necessary or appropriate from time to time to carry out his duties properly and effectively. During the continuance of his employment hereunder, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, the Executive shall devote such of his time, attention and ability to the performance of his duties hereunder as shall be necessary and shall not without the prior written consent of the Company engage in any activity likely to require him to be absent from work during the normal business hours of the Company or to affect his ability to properly perform his duties hereunder. 4.2 The Executive will use his best endeavours to promote the interests of the Company and shall not without the previous written consent of the Company directly or indirectly be engaged, concerned or interested in the carrying on of any other business activity; provided that nothing in this sub-clause 4.2 shall prevent the Executive from holding stocks and shares or other securities (conferring in aggregate not more than 5% of the votes available to be cast at any general meeting of the company concerned) which are listed and dealt in on any recognised stock exchange, nor from holding units in any authorised unit trust, nor from holding shares (conferring in aggregate not more than 5% of the votes available to be cast at any general meeting of the company concerned) from time to time dealt in under arrangements referred to as "over-the-counter" trading. 4.3 The Executive shall be subject to the general control of the board of directors of the Company and shall exercise and perform such powers and duties as are compatible with his job title as aforesaid and shall from time to time be reasonably delegated to him by the board of directors of the Company, and he shall be subject to such restrictions as the board of directors of the Company shall from time to time reasonably impose upon him. 4.4 The Executive will perform his duties at such places as required by the Company.

HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK. 4.1 Your normal working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, together with such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties. 4.2 The Working Time Regulations 1998 provides a limit on weekly working time of an average of 48 hours. However, you acknowledge that you may be required to work in excess of these hours and you agree that the limit on working time will not apply to your employment. You are entitled to terminate this opt-out at any time by giving not less than three months' written notice addressed to the Board. 4.3 Your normal place of work will be your own residence, but the Employer may require you to work at any other location on either a temporary or an indefinite basis. 4.4 You agree to travel (both within the United Kingdom and abroad) as and when required for the proper performance of your duties. However, you will not be required to work outside the United Kingdom for any continuous period of more than one month.

The Executive will be given reasonable notice of any change in his place of work. 5.4 The Executive may be required to travel throughout the United Kingdom and overseas in the performance of his duties and this may, on occasions, necessitate the Executive working outside the UK for a period of more than one month. During any such period the Executive will be paid his normal salary and benefits in sterling in the normal way unless otherwise agreed.

The Executive’s normal hours of work are Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm and the Executive will be allowed one hour for lunch. 5.2 The Executive acknowledges that the Executive holds a senior executive position with certain autonomous decision taking powers and therefore is not subject to regulation 4(1) of the Working Time Regulations but without prejudice to that the Executive agrees that the 48 hour weekly working time limit under the Working Time Regulations shall not apply to him. He understands that he can withdraw his agreement to this by giving the Company not less than 3 months’ written notice. 5.3 The Executive’s principal place of work will be in the Company’s offices at The Schrodinger Building H▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road The Oxford Science Park Oxford OX4 4GE or any such place as the Company shall from time to time direct. The Executive will be given reasonable notice of any change in his place of work. 5.4 The Executive may be required to travel throughout the United Kingdom and overseas in the performance of his duties. 5.5 The Executive shall not be required to work outside the UK for any continuous period of more than one month. If by agreement the Executive is required to work outside the United Kingdom for a period of one month or more the Executive will be paid his normal salary in sterling and his normal contractual benefits will continue unless otherwise agreed at the relevant time.
HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK. 5.1 The Executive will work full time for the Company and devote his full time, energy and attention to the Company. The Executive may not be employed in another employment or consulting position unless approved in advance by the Chairman of the Board of Morria. 5.2 The Executive will work such hours as are necessary for the proper performance of his duties as defined by the Project. 5.3 The Company may require the Executive to work from another location as it may reasonably request of the Executive. 5.4 The Executive may be required to work and undertake travel inside and outside the United Kingdom as the Company may reasonably require and as may be necessary for the proper performance of the Executive’s duties.
