Hours of work boundaries and savings arrangements. a) Full time employees engaged prior to 1st November 1993 shall not be required to work ordinary hours on a Saturday unless by mutual agreement. b) Unless by mutual agreement, there will be a maximum of five ordinary hours starts Monday to Sunday inclusive and there will be a maximum of 18 ordinary hours starts per 4 week cycle. c) Unless by mutual agreement, there will be at least two consecutive days off work per week. When rostered day off conditions apply, every endeavor will be made to attach consecutive and single RDO's to a weekend, within the roster cycle. d) The maximum ordinary hour’s daily engagement will be 12 hours per occasion.
