Common use of Hours of Work – Day Work Clause in Contracts

Hours of Work – Day Work. 14.2.1 The ordinary hours of work for full time base rate FTMs working day work, shall be 38 per week. 14.2.2 The ordinary hours of work for base rate part time FTMs shall be less than 38 hours per week with a minimum engagement of 3 hours. 14.2.3 An FTM will also be expected to work reasonable additional hours. 14.2.4 Subject to clause 14.2.6(a), the spread of hours for ordinary work shall be as per the relevant Schedule. 14.2.5 Work shall be performed in accordance with the following work patterns: (a) 5 days on, 2 days off; or (b) 10 days on, 4 days off; or (c) 11 days on, 3 days off; or (d) 21 days on, 7 days off; or (e) any other reasonable combination as determined by the Company.
