HOURS OF WORK - GENERAL. 27.1 The Company and the Union agree the sustainability of the business is dependent upon its ability to efficiently meet patron demands while balancing the needs of its employees. The Company’s primary business is nor- mally conducted on evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak seasonal periods. 27.2 For the purpose of payroll, the pay week commences at 11:00 p.m. Saturday to 10:59 pm the following Sat- urday.
