HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. ‌ A. The parties agree that the sole housing assistance to be provided by the University shall be in the form of University rental housing at such time when housing is available for all residents. B. Annual Bridge Payments 1. Effective June 30, 2022, the annual bridge payment shall be eliminated from this Agreement and shall no longer be provided as a separate payment. 2. The Parties have agreed to the elimination of the annual bridge payment as a separate payment to residents and have provided increases to the salary scale defined in Article 5. It is the intention of the Parties that no future housing payment will be provided as these payments have been incorporated into the salary scale referenced in Article 5.

HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Programs implemented by the City for the purpose of providing rehabilitation assistance to eligible owner-occupied housing units. Programs include, but are not limited to, Residential Rehabilitation, Architectural Barrier Removal, Disaster Mitigation, and Roof Replacement. Housing Assistance Programs may be funded by, but not limited to, State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP), Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Local funding may be used in combination with the above- mentioned sources. Invitation to Bid (IFB): an IFB is an invitation to contractors or equipment suppliers, through a bidding process, to submit a proposal on a specific project to be realized, or product or service to be furnished. The IFB is focused on pricing.
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The amount to be paid for one (1) nigh of housing shall not exceed a maximum of EIGHTY DOLLARS ($80.00). Monthly expenditures shall not exceed FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY-THREE CENTS ($48,992.33). The maximum amount for this section of the Agreement shall not exceed FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($587,908).
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The City Council hereby establishes a policy of encouraging Police Chief to participate in the community as a resident of Brisbane. To that end, the City Manager and Administrative Services Director shall implement a Housing Assistance Program. Such assistance may be provided in the form of a housing allowance in the sum of $250 per month for an employee who resides in Brisbane. The City Manager may also offer loans to the Police Chief to provide the employee with assistance in purchasing housing. The City Manager shall administer the program and shall review the circumstances and financial need of the Police Chief in order to determine the most appropriate means, if any, to effectuate the housing financing consistent with the financial conditions of the City and such other pertinent factors as the City Manager deems applicable. Arrangements for housing financing shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney prior to being presented to the City Council for final approval. In no event is the City obligated to provide such assistance and may in its sole discretion terminate or modify this Housing Assistance Program.

The City Manager may also offer loans to Executive Management employees on a case-by-case basis to provide the employee with assistance in purchasing housing. The City Manager shall administer the program and shall review the circumstances and financial need of the Executive Management employee in order to determine the most appropriate means, if any, to effectuate the housing financing consistent with the financial conditions of the City and such other pertinent factors as the City Manager deems applicable. Arrangements for housing financing shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney prior to being presented to the City Council for final approval. In no event is the City obligated to provide such assistance and may in its sole discretion terminate or modify this Housing Assistance Program.
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Contractor shall submit an invoice for an advance payment of FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE DOLLARS SIXTY-SEVEN CENTS ($53,823.67) on the first (1st) day of each month of this Agreement. The maximum amount for this section of the Agreement shall not exceed SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($645,884).

  • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:
