Common use of HUD Requirements Clause in Contracts

HUD Requirements. Contractor agrees to comply with all relevant HUD requirements, including those set forth in the General Conditions for Non-Construction Contracts, form HUD-5370-C (11/30/2023), attached hereto as Appendix “(i)" and incorporated as if fully set forth herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions in the body of this Contract and Appendix “ (i) the provisions set forth in Appendix “(i)" will prevail.

HUD Requirements. In the event of a conflict between the provisions in the body of this Contract and Appendix “ (i) Exhibit "C", the provisions set forth in Appendix “(i)Exhibit "C" will shall prevail.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions in the body of this Contract and Appendix Exhibit “ (i) the provisions set forth in Appendix Exhibit “(i)" will prevail.
