Hydro Wires Clause Samples

The 'Hydro Wires' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the presence, relocation, or modification of hydro (electrical) wires on a property. Typically, this clause specifies whether the seller or buyer is responsible for addressing any issues with overhead or underground hydro wires, such as ensuring they meet local regulations or arranging for their relocation if they interfere with planned construction. Its core practical function is to allocate responsibility for hydro wire-related matters, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring compliance with utility and safety standards during property transactions.
