Common use of – IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

– IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT. 1.4.1 For Lot 1, the framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts signed on an annual basis between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority. The specific contracts will include the estimated number of hours that the Medical Advisor will be required to work during that year and the estimated number of missions he/she will be required to undertake. The procedures for requesting the services to be performed by the Medical Advisor in the frame of the specific contract are spelled out in Annex I. Any additional services required during the year and not included in the scope of the specific contract will be ordered through order forms issued by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor detailing the concrete services to be undertaken by the Medical Advisor. Within 5 working days of a specific contract or an order form being sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor, the Contracting Authority shall receive it back, duly signed and dated. 1.4.2 For lot 2, the framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts signed on an annual basis between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority. The specific contract will include the estimated number of staff that will undergo the annual medical examination and the estimated number of candidates that will undergo the pre-employment medical examination during that year. The procedures for requesting the services to be performed by the Medical Centre in the frame of the specific contract are spelled out in Annex I. Any additional services required during the year and not included in the scope of the specific contract will be ordered through order forms issued by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor detailing the concrete request test or medical examinations to be undertaken.
