Implementation Timeline. NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center Site Admin shall provide a written request to the Contractor to begin enablement process. The Contractor shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of written request to work with NASPO ValuePoint and SciQuest to set up an enablement schedule, at which time SciQuest’s technical documentation shall be provided to the Contractor. The schedule will include future calls and milestone dates related to test and go live dates.
