In Charge Allowance. (a) A Registered Nurse who is designated by the Employer to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Table 3 of Schedule B of this Agreement. (b) A Registered Nurse who is designated by the Employer to be in charge of a shift in a section of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, the per shift allowance set out in Table 3 of Schedule B of this Agreement. (c) This sub-clause shall not apply to registered nurses holding classified positions of a higher grade than a Registered Nurse
