Common use of In-Service Programs Clause in Contracts

In-Service Programs. In-service education and orientation programs shall be instituted and maintained, with programs posted in advance. In-service education programs will be scheduled in an effort to accommodate varying work schedules. All nurses are encouraged to bring suggestions for in-service topics to their Department Manager and/or Staff Development Representative which support the learning and development of the nurse in their work environment.
