If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your doctor not to continue with a curative treatment program, we cover some hospice care services provided by a hospice care program, as set forth in this section. We cover the following: • services of a hospice coordinator billed by the hospice care program; • services of grief counselors and pastoral care; • services of a social worker; • services of a nurse; and • services of a home health aide.
