Incentive For Part-Time Nurses. Part-time nurses who work a straight time basis or holiday in excess of 432 hours per calendar year above their assigned FTE shall receive a bonus ofof $2,250. For this Section “calendar year” shall be defined as the first pay period to the last pay period in a calendar year. The following hours count toward a nurse reaching their assigned FTE for the purpose of this section: mandatory meetings or education; hours paid at a premium for required holidays; and overstaff hours. This shall apply only one time per year.
