Incident Clause Samples

The 'Incident' clause defines what constitutes an incident within the context of the agreement, typically referring to events that disrupt normal operations, cause damage, or result in a breach of obligations. This clause usually outlines the types of events considered incidents, such as security breaches, system failures, or accidents, and may specify the procedures for reporting and responding to such occurrences. Its core practical function is to establish a clear framework for identifying, managing, and resolving incidents, thereby ensuring prompt action and minimizing potential harm or liability.
