Incidents En-Route. 16.6.1 In case of a Breakdown of a Bus during normal course of Operations, the Operator shall immediately inform the Control Centre and its maintenance team whereupon the Operator shall ensure speedy tow-away of the affected Bus within 1 (one) hour of the Breakdown. The Operator shall as soon as is reasonable practicable, provide a replacement Bus to complete the route after such breakdown, or shall transfer all (or as many as capacity permits) Users to the next Bus plying on the same Operational Route in order to minimise inconvenience to the Users, failing which it will be deemed as an Operator Default and the Operator shall be liable to pay Damages of 20 kms deduction per instance. In case bus is not repaired or towed away from the break down spot within a period of 1 (one) hour, Operator shall be liable to pay additional damages of deduction of 20 kms per each additional hour. 16.6.2 The Operator shall ensure regular communication with Buses throughout the Operation Period by making use of relevant technology as specified in this Agreement, more specifically provided in Clause 19.7. 16.6.3 In an unforeseen event involving unruly behaviour by passengers or sexual harassment or vandalism in or involving the Bus, the Operator shall forthwith intimate the Authority. In the event of a complaint of a woman, the bus driver must immediately drive the vehicle to the nearest police station. If the Bus in question is not in a condition to complete the Operational Route or go back to the Bus Depot, then the Operator shall arrange to tow-away such Bus within 1 (one) to 3 (three) hours of such occurrence, failing which Operator shall be liable to pay Damages of 20 kms deduction for each such incident. The Operator shall, provide a replacement Bus to complete the route after such incident or shall transfer all (or as many as capacity permits) Users to the next Bus plying on the same Operational Route in order to minimize inconvenience to the Users. 16.6.4 The Operator shall make provisions for the adequate availability of first aid kits on the Buses or at the Maintenance Depots for assisting any persons or Users in need of first aid on-site and shall also co-ordinate with the relevant Government Instrumentalities including but not limited to the police to ensure timely medical help to any injured Users. Loss or Destruction of the Vehicle en Route - A temporarily admitted vehicle that has been heavily damaged in an accident shall be exempted from the obligation of return of vehicle, provided: a. the import duties and taxes have been paid to the Host Country Customs Authority; or b. it has been abandoned to and accepted by the Host Country’s Customs Authorities; or c. it has been destroyed under official Host Country supervision at the expense of the person or entity who has temporarily entered it and any salvaged parts have either been re-exported or paid import taxes and duties for.

  • Non-Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the high-side of the generator substation at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established a different power factor range that applies to all similarly situated non-synchronous generators in the control area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. This requirement shall only apply to newly interconnecting non-synchronous generators that have not yet executed a Facilities Study Agreement as of September 21, 2016.

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
