Indefinite Leave. i) Permanent employees may, for valid reasons, be granted indefinite leave of absence without pay upon the recommendation of the Manager or Administrator and with the approval of the Board. ii) Such indefinite leave of absence shall be subject to review at the end of each completed year. iii) Employees on indefinite leave of absence shall be required to apply for extensions annually giving proof that original conditions, under which the leave was granted, still prevail.

Indefinite Leave. i) Permanent employees may, for valid reasons, 21.7.1 A permanent employee may be granted indefinite leave of absence without pay upon by the recommendation of the Manager CEO or Administrator and with the approval of the Boarddesignate.
ii) Such indefinite leave of absence shall be subject to review at the end of each completed year.
iii) 21.7.2 Employees on indefinite leave of absence shall be required to apply for extensions annually giving proof that original conditions, circumstances under which the leave was granted, granted still prevail.
21.7.3 A permanent employee granted indefinite leave of absence without pay shall, upon the conclusion of the leave, have his name placed on the Agency re-employment list.
