Indefinite Term Sample Clauses

Indefinite Term. The term of the Executive’s employment by the Company under this Agreement is indefinite and has commenced on May 3, 2021, and shall thereafter continue unless and until such employment is earlier terminated by either party as hereinafter provided. For purpose of this Agreement, the Effective Date is deemed to be April 19, 2021, including for the purpose of calculating payments under sections 7.6 and 7.7 of this Agreement.

Indefinite Term. Subject to its execution by both parties, this Agreement will come into force as of its Effective Date for an indefinite Term.
