Industry Development. The Health Services Manager: (a) acknowledges that the Department is committed to sourcing (directly or indirectly) at least ten (10) per cent of the total value of its purchases from Small to Medium Enterprises; and (b) must provide, upon request by the Department, a report to the Department that sets out the following: (i) the level of direct or indirect participation of Small to Medium Enterprises (expressed as a percentage of the total annual value of this Contract) in the delivery of the Health Services for the current calendar year; and (ii) any issues that, in the Health Services Manager's opinion, are relevant to the maintenance or improvement of the level of participation of Small to Medium Enterprises in delivery of the Health Services for the next calendar year.
