INFLIGHT PROCEDURES COMMITTEE. ‌ 51.1 It is agreed that the inflight service provided by employees is a matter determined by the Company, subject to compliance with this Agreement and legislation. However, it is appropriate that the provision of any service be properly examined prior to implementation. 51.2 To facilitate the proper introduction of inflight service changes, a joint committee shall continue in the following terms: 51.2.1 An Inflight Procedures Committee will comprise of equal representatives of the Company and the Association. 51.2.2 A Company nominated representative will chair the Committee. 51.2.3 The Committee will meet on a regular basis at intervals agreed between the parties. 51.2.4 The parties will discuss aspects of inflight service as it relates to the delivery of that service through the Committee. APPENDIX 1 RATES OF PAY‌‌ This Schedule shall apply to employees employed by Qantas Airways Limited and covered by Part 1 of this Agreement. Note all references in this Appendix to pay dates mean the first full pay period on or after that date. These rates include compensation for shift, public holiday and annual leave loading. However, it is appropriate that the provision of any service be properly examined prior to implementation. 26.2 To facilitate the proper introduction of inflight service changes. a joint committee shall continue in the following terms: 26.2.1 An Inflight Procedures Committee will comprise of equal representatives of the Company and the organisations covered by this Agreement. The total number of representatives from all organisations covered by this Agreement will be equal to the number of representatives from the Companies. 26.2.2 A Qantas nominated representative will chair the Committee. 26.2.3 The Committee will meet on a regular basis at intervals agreed between the parties. The parties will discuss aspects of inflight service as it relates to the delivery of that service through the Committee.

However, it is appropriate that the provision of any service be properly examined before implementation. 40.2 To facilitate the proper introduction of in flight service changes, a joint committee will continue in the following terms: 40.2.1 An In Flight Procedures Committee will comprise of equal representatives of the Company and the Association. 40.2.2 A Company nominated representative will chair the Committee. 40.2.3 The Committee will meet on a regular basis at intervals agreed between the Association and the Company . 40.2.4 The Association and the Company will discuss aspects of in flight service as its relates to the delivery of that service through the Committee.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Oversight Committee The Company and Union shall each appoint up to three members to be part of an Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise regarding this Letter of Agreement. Issues that the Oversight Committee cannot resolve will be escalated to the Company’s and Union’s respective designees to attempt resolution within forty-five (45) days. Issues that the Oversight Committee cannot resolve will be subject to the party’s grievance procedure Subsection 102.3(a)(2) and timelines will be waived for the forty-five-day period.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE C4.1 OPSBA, the Crown and OSSTF agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest.
