Common use of Informal Level Clause in Contracts

Informal Level. Within fifteen (15) days after the grievant knew or should have known of the event of circumstances occasioning the grievance, the grievant shall initially meet with his/her immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve the grievance informally.
