Common use of Information Management System Clause in Contracts

Information Management System. a) SIMSI Canada has developed a Shared Information Management System for Infrastructure (SIMSI) to support the delivery of MRIF by providing online Project registration, approval, monitoring, and reporting capabilities. Costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of the system will be borne by Canada. The Parties agree to promote and use SIMSI in accordance with the Canada-Yukon Information Management – SIMSI Guideline.
