Common use of Information Provided to Union Clause in Contracts

Information Provided to Union. a) Once each month, the Employer shall provide the Union with a list of all bargaining unit employees along with the employee's job title, worksite location, work telephone numbers, identification number if available, and any home and personal cellular telephone numbers on file with the employer, date of hire, work email address, and any personal email address on file with the employer. b) Once every three (3) months, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing of the following transactions involving bargaining unit Employees: promotions, layoffs, and re-employment with the Employer. c) Once every six (6) months, the Employer shall furnish the Union the current seniority roster. d) The Employer shall notify the Union in writing of any new hire within 10 days of hire. Included with the notice shall be employee's job title, worksite location, work telephone numbers, identification number if available, and any home and personal cellular telephone numbers on file with the employer, date of hire, work email address, and any personal email address on file with the employer.
