The Employer will provide the Union a digital file via email to the email address designated by the Union containing the following information: • Name. • Job title. • Department. • Work location. • Work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers. • Personal email addresses on file with the Employer. • Home address. Such information will be provided as follows: 1. For new hires: • Within thirty (30) days of the date of hire. 2. Regularly, for all bargaining unit employees: • Quarterly effective January 1, 2024. Notwithstanding the foregoing, limited to the express purpose of AB 119 requirements only, an employee may opt out via written request to the Employer (copy to the Union) to direct the Employer to withhold disclosure of the employee's: • Home address. • Home telephone number. • Personal cellular telephone number. • Personal email address. • Birth date.
