INFORMATION SERVICE. The term shall be as defined in the Act. (47 U.S.C. §153(20)).

INFORMATION SERVICE. The component of Tele MiSalud, a Call Center operated by the Contractor (described in Section 6.8 of this Contract), intended to assist Enrollees with routine inquiries which shall be fully staffed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and, 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Puerto Rico holidays. Information System(s): A combination of computing and communications hardware and software that is used in: (a) the capture, storage, manipulation, movement, control, display, interchange and/or transmission of information, i.e. structured data (which may include digitized audio and video) and documents; and/or (b) the processing of such information for the purposes of enabling and/or facilitating a business process or related transaction. Insolvent: Unable to meet or discharge financial liabilities. Integration Model: The service delivery model under the MiSalud Program, providing physical and behavioral health services in close coordination, to ensure optimum detection, prevention, and treatment of physical and behavioral health conditions. MA-10: Form issued by the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program, entitled “Notice of Action Taken,” containing the Certification decision (whether a person was determined eligible or ineligible for Medicaid, CHIP, or the Commonwealth Population). Managed Behavioral Health Organization (“MBHO”): An entity that contracts with ASES for the provision of the behavioral health component of the MiSalud program. Managed Care Organization (“MCO”): An entity that is organized for the purpose of providing health care and is licensed as an insurer by the PRICO, which contracts with ASES for the provision of Covered Services and Benefits, except for Behavioral Health Services, in designated Service Regions, under the MiSalud program. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that Contractor is not an MCO for purposes of this Contract.
INFORMATION SERVICE. This Service consists in the delivery to the CUSTOMER of the information requested by the same with respect to the Products, their features and functioning.

INFORMATION SERVICE ra Information systems shall provide an information service as follows: 5.1. ra Information systems shall provide the Customer with details of faults found in the supported version of the Software detailing, for of all identified faults: 5.1.1. The appearance of the fault to the user. 5.1.2. In which options, and during which operations the fault is encountered. 5.1.2.1. The implications of the fault for the on-going operation of the module in which it appears. 5.2. ra Information systems shall provide details of recommended system configurations for machines on which the Software is to be run. 5.3. ra Information systems shall notify the Customer of any system configuration features or third party software known by ra Information systems to be incompatible with the Software covered by this agreement. 5.4. ra Information systems shall, upon request from accredited representatives of the Customer, provide guidance on the operation of the Software.

A part of the SS7 protocol that defines call setup messages and call takedown messages. ISP-BOUND TRAFFIC.
INFORMATION SERVICE. When an Information Service is purchased by Customer, either separately or as part of a ▇▇▇▇® Platform, Customer will receive Standard Support for the specified Information Service and Information Update Releases, subject to the limitations as described within this Section.
INFORMATION SERVICE. The offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.
