The Information Verification clause establishes the right and process for one party to confirm the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the other party. Typically, this clause allows for the review of documents, records, or statements relevant to the agreement, and may set out procedures for requesting additional evidence or clarification. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and trust between the parties by reducing the risk of misinformation or misrepresentation.
Information Verification. The Agency shall keep its information with Citizens updated. This information includes the Agency name and contact information. Citizens may also require a list of all agents and support staff. Each year, on a date specified by Citizens, the Agency agrees to certify the completeness and accuracy of such information.

Information Verification. You may not be permitted to participate in the Service if we cannot verify your identity, financial condition, creditworthiness, or other necessary information. i. Requiring you to confirm ownership of an e-mail address and Payment Account;
ii. Ordering a credit report;
iii. Verifying your information against third party databases or through other sources; and
iv. Undertaking any other action necessary to verify your information. We may also obtain financial information regarding the Payment Account from a financial institution or from anyone you pay through or are paid by the Service. Notwithstanding any steps taken to verify such information, you hereby represent and warrant on behalf of yourself and any person or organization for which you act that you have the right, power and authority to conduct and authorize transactions you make pertaining to the Payment Account and that all information you provide to us is complete, accurate, and up to date. In the event that we are unable to verify you, the information provided, or an accuracy check against our information shows you are not an authorized signer on the account we may take corrective actions including holding payments, cancelling payments, and cancelling your service.

The Credit Union may charge my account for the amount of any funds transfer initiated by me or by any person authorized by me as a joint tenant or other authorized party with the right of access to the account from which the funds transfer is to be made. The Credit Union may give me credit for Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments before it receives final settlement of the funds transfer. Any such credit is provisional until the Credit Union receives final settlement of the payment. I am hereby notified and agree that, if the Credit Union does not receive such final settlement, it is entitled to a refund from me of the amount credited to me in connection with that ACH entry. This means that the Credit Union may provide me with access to ACH funds before the Credit Union actually receives the money.
