Infringement Claimed by Third Parties Sample Clauses
The 'Infringement Claimed by Third Parties' clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities when a third party alleges that a product, service, or intellectual property provided under the agreement infringes on their rights. Typically, this clause requires the party receiving the claim to promptly notify the other party and may obligate one party to defend against the claim or cover related costs, such as legal fees or damages.
