Initial Activities. On the Closing Date, (i) Polo, the Original Media Members and the Company entered into the Operating Agreement, (ii) Licensor and the Company entered into the License Agreement, (iii) ValueVision and the Company entered into the Services Agreement, (iv) Polo and the Company entered into the Supply Agreement, (v) NBC and the Company entered into the Advertising Agreement and (vi) NBCi and the Company entered into the Promotion Agreement.
