Common use of Initial Board Clause in Contracts

Initial Board. The Board of Directors is comprised of the seven following individuals: I. J▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, C. S▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, J▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, D. E▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, T▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and H▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (each, an “Initial Director” and, collectively, the “Initial Board”). Each Initial Director shall hold office until his successor is elected or appointed and qualified, or until his or her earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with this Article 6. The Initial Board shall have all of the powers and authorities accorded to the Board of Directors, and each Initial Director shall have all of the powers and authorities accorded the directors of the Company under the terms of this Agreement.
