Initial Deliveries Clause Samples
The 'Initial Deliveries' clause defines the requirements and expectations for the first set of goods, services, or materials to be provided under an agreement. It typically specifies the timeline, quantity, and quality standards for these initial items, and may outline procedures for inspection or acceptance by the receiving party. By clearly establishing the terms for the first deliveries, this clause helps ensure both parties are aligned from the outset and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding early performance.
