Initial Issue Sample Clauses
The 'Initial Issue' clause defines the first set of shares or securities that a company issues to its founders, investors, or other stakeholders at the time of incorporation or during the initial funding round. This clause typically outlines the number, type, and price of the initial shares, as well as the parties to whom they are allocated. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures transparency in ownership structure from the outset and helps prevent future disputes regarding equity distribution.
