Common use of Initial Procedure Clause in Contracts

Initial Procedure. Any claim, dispute, difference or controversy arising out of or relative to this Agreement or the operation of the Company and any deadlock in voting relative to the operation of the Company which cannot be settled by mutual understanding between the Members or their Governors, will first be submitted to the chief executive officers of the Members, who will meet and attempt to resolve such dispute.
