Inoperative Autopilot. Notwithstanding the applicable duty time limitations set forth in this Article 12.D., if the aircraft’s automatic Pilot system is fully inoperative the crew shall not be scheduled to operate that aircraft for more than eight (8) hours or the period of time that is provided in the Minimum Equipment List (▇▇▇), whichever is less.

  • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.

  • Climb cruise and descent performance associated with the Guarantees will include allowances for normal electrical load and for normal engine air bleed and power extraction associated with maximum cabin differential pressure as defined in Section 21-30.31 of the Specification. Cabin air conditioning management during performance demonstration as described in Subparagraph 5.3 below may be such as to optimize the Aircraft performance while meeting the minimum air conditioning requirements defined above. Unless otherwise stated no air will be bled from the engines for anti-icing.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
