Duty Time Limitations. 1. A Flight Attendant will be scheduled in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
2. A Flight Attendant will not be scheduled for more than 14 hours on duty for regularly scheduled flying. A scheduled duty period may be scheduled to exceed 14 hours by increasing the number of Flight Attendants on the crew (FAR 121.467).
3. A Flight Attendant is not considered to be scheduled on duty in excess of duty period limitations if the flights to which the Flight Attendant is assigned are scheduled and normally terminate within the limitations but due to circumstances beyond the control of the certificate holder, such as adverse weather conditions, are not at the time of departure expected to reach their destination within the scheduled time (FAR 121.467).
4. Irregular operations may cause the duty day to be extended beyond scheduled hours, but the duty day will not exceed 16 hours per Company policy. Exception: may exceed 16 hours enroute if the flight can reasonably expect to depart the gate prior to 16 hours in order to return a crew to Base and to avoid a cancellation at an outstation. If a Flight Attendant's duty day exceeds 16 hours, the following rest period will be increased per the table below based upon the length of the actual duty day. It will be the Flight Attendant's responsibility to contact Crew Scheduling within 2 hours of duty release to request that his/her additional rest time is scheduled and any required adjustments to the next duty are made. Any trip segment that they may be unable to fly as a result of the additional duty time and agreed to rest period will be pay protected by the company. Duty Time Limitations.
1. Except as provided for in Article H.4. below, Hourly Technician and Related employees in the Aircraft Technician Craft who complete a duty period of sixteen (16) consecutive hours or more of work shall be required to have a minimum of ten (10) consecutive hours of rest. If the sixteen (16) consecutive hours worked were the result of approved Overtime or other Company mandated assignment, the ten (10) consecutive hours of rest shall not result in any loss of pay for a subsequent shift (e.g., 8-hour Tech works a double shift on Overtime on his Monday, he would not be required to report for work for 10-hours following his double shift, thereby reporting to work 2-hours after the normal start time of his shift. In this case, the 2-hours missed would not result in a loss of pay for the Tech as the 16-hour shift was the result of approved Overtime). This duty time limitation shall not apply to exempt Technician and Related employees in the Aircraft Technician Craft, or to Technician and Related employees in the Material Specialist or Work Control Crafts.
2. Except as provided for in Article E.4. below, Hourly Technician and Related employees in the Aircraft Technician Craft may not be scheduled for more than twenty-four (24) hours of overtime in any scheduled 40-hour work week without express approval from the DOM or the Chief Inspector. This Overtime limitation shall not apply to exempt Technician and Related employees in the Aircraft Technician Craft, or to Technician and Related employees in the Material Specialist or Work Control Crafts.
3. 31 b. A Duty Period will be scheduled to contain a maximum of six (6) eight (8) legs, no 1 more than five (5) seven (7) of which will be working legs.

6. A duty period will contain a maximum of ten (10) landings.
7. Except in unusual circumstances, a duty period will contain a maximum of three (3) scheduled consecutive round trips to the same destination.

Duty Time Limitations. A Crewmember is on duty in accordance with the provisions of this subsection 12.C. Except when an applicable FAR requires a shorter duty period, the domestic and international flight and duty time limitations shall be as follows:
1. Two Person Crew
a. When the duty period is scheduled to consist solely of an operating flight or flights (i.e., no deadhead), or of a deadhead followed by an operating flight or flights (i.e., deadhead to operating flight), the maximum scheduled duty period shall be fourteen (14) consecutive hours. Once scheduled, a duty period may be extended on account of operating flight delays caused by weather, mechanical, air traffic control, late ground handling, late loading or curfew, or with Crewmember concurrence if he was delayed on a commercial deadhead that precedes an operating flight to which he is assigned as a flight crewmember, to no more than sixteen (16) consecutive hours. If the duty period is extended, the applicable Minimum Rest Period shall be extended in one (1) hour increments based on the duty extension (e.g., if the duty period is extended by fifteen (15) minutes, the Minimum Rest Period shall be extended by one (1) hour; if the duty period is extended by sixty-one (61) minutes, the Minimum Rest Period shall be extended by two (2) hours).
b. When the duty period is scheduled to consist of an operating flight or flights followed by a deadhead (i.e., operating flight to deadhead), the maximum scheduled and actual duty period shall be eighteen (18) consecutive hours, of which no more than fourteen (14) consecutive hours (or no more than sixteen (16) consecutive hours if subsection 12.C.1.a., above, applies) of the duty period consists of the performance of operating flight crewmember duties.
2. Three Person Crew
a. This subsection 12.C.2. applies to:
(i) three (3) required Crewmember aircraft; and
(ii) two (2) required Crewmember aircraft augmented with one
(1) additional Crewmembers.
b.
