Inspection of Certificates Sample Clauses
Inspection of Certificates. For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the certificates for the Securities, if requested by the Representative, the Company agrees to make the certificates available for inspection by the Representative at the main office of the Representative in Englewood, Colorado, at least two full business days prior to the proposed delivery date.
Inspection of Certificates. For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the Units, if requested by the Underwriter, the Company agrees to make the certificates for the Shares and the Warrants available for inspection by the Underwriter at the main office of the Underwriter at least two full business days prior to the proposed delivery date.
