Inspection Testing Authorization and Right of Access. 2.1 Equipment Testing and Inspection The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generator Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection, and in accordance with IEEE 1547 Standards. 2.2 Certificate of Completion Prior to commencing parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall provide T & D Utility with a Certificate of Completion in the form of Attachment 6 of the Interconnection Forms and Agreements. The Certificate of Completion must either be signed by an electrical inspector with the authority to approve the interconnection or be accompanied by the electrical inspector’s own form authorizing interconnection of the Small Generation Facility.
