Common use of Installation Interval Clause in Contracts

Installation Interval. The total number of calendar days between the operational order entry date of a VTSL order, excluding network design and order preparation time, and the date the applicable seat, or site, is installed and available for use. This includes both the provisioning tasks of the Local Exchange Carrier and those of VTSL. The Installation Interval also assumes the customer passes automated credit check and does not require additional manual investigation
