Installation of Signage. The Landlord shall allow the Tenant to install its company’s signage (“Signage”) at the standing pylon at the entrance of the Park PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the Tenant shall:-
(a) seek the Landlord’s consent in respect of the dimensions of the Signage, and the Landlord shall be entitled to impose terms and conditions in respect of the same, to which the Tenant shall comply with; and
(b) at its sole costs and expense, seek approval/s from the relevant Authorities for the display of the Signage, and comply with all terms and conditions and to pay all charges (if any) imposed or to be imposed by the relevant Authorities in respect of the same; and
(c) pay all monthly license fees and other charges imposed by the Landlord in respect of the display of the Signage; and
(d) sign all documents required by the Landlord and/or the Authorities for the Signage and shall pay all fees, legal or otherwise, arising out of or in connection therewith, as well as all stamp fees payable thereon, if any; and
(e) be solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Signage and the Landlord shall not, in any manner whatsoever, be liable to the Tenant or responsible for any damage, loss, defacement etc. of the Signage.
Installation of Signage. Tenant is allowed to install their company’s signage on the parapet wall at their own cost and subject to Landlord’s consent. Tenant is required to make good to the parapet wall as part of their reinstatement works at the expiry of their tenancy period. Prior to installation, Tenant shall provide the artwork and proposed location for the Landlord’s endorsement. Tenant shall pay S$150.00 per month (subject to GST) and is required to make one-time payment of S$1,926.00 (includes GST) for the signage during the Term.
Installation of Signage. Seller is solely responsible for installing lawn signs, and inquiring with the applicable authorities whether the presence of such signs is permitted.

Installation of Signage. Once Licensee’s signage is approved pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement and the applicable provisions of the Declaration, Licensee shall work with the designated sign company to create the sign panel to be installed at Licensee’s sole cost. Licensee shall be responsible to perform the installation of Licensee’s signage at the Licensee’s sole expense. Thereafter, if Licensee wishes to modify or replace its signage, Licensee must obtain approval from the Owner’s Board of Directors pursuant to the appropriate Architectural Submittal as set forth in this Agreement and the Declaration. Once approved by Owner, Licensee shall do so at its sole cost and must provide at least three (3) business day’s prior notice to the Owner before installing, repairing, or replacing its sign panel. If Licensee or Licensee’s invitees cause damage to the Panel or any portion of the surrounding property, monument sign improvements, or the sign panels or other parties during the installation or alteration of its signage, Licensee shall repair such damage within ten (10) business days at its sole expense.
Installation of Signage. The installation, construction, location, and maintenance of all signage on the Property shall be governed by Chapter 15.60 of the Village Code.
